The first webinar, presented by Irem Guzel and Steffie De Backer from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, will explore two major pieces of legislation aiming to strengthen EU companies’ IT resilience and cybersecurity, being: DORA and NIS2 will enter into force on 17 January 2025 and 18 October 2024 respectively.

We would like to guide you through the main provisions of this legislation to prepare you for the implementation as the legislation will be relevant to most BVA members as AIFMs and/or as managers or owners of portfolio companies active in certain critical sectors (healthcare, water, electricity, certain digital activities, etc).
