People who are distant from the labour market, including those with long-term illness, disability or other challenges, are particularly at risk of social exclusion. This is where Reveal plays a crucial role, providing reintegration and outplacement services in the Netherlands that focus on bridging this gap and ensuring equal opportunities for all.

Supporting long-term employment solutions

The company focuses on three key areas:

1. Reintegration: Helping employees return to work and ensuring they are reintegrated smoothly and in accordance with the law.
2. Outplacement: Helping employees who have been made redundant transition to new job opportunities through personalised coaching and job matching.
3. Coaching and training: Providing bespoke ‘place & train’ programmes to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new roles or sectors, ensuring sustainable employability.
